Bro. Ken Frazier, M.Ed., is the proud owner of Winners Smokehouse BBQ in Cedar Hill, Texas, and a servant leader whose life reflects a deep commitment to faith, family, and community. Born and raised in Dallas, he graduated from Paul Quinn College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management. He is also a retired U.S. Army Veteran, a proud husband, father, and grandfather.

Ken defines leadership through service, always striving to make someone else’s day brighter and their burdens lighter. His leadership is characterized by humility, sacrifice, and a willingness to prioritize the needs of others over his own. In both his family business and his community, he leads by example, modeling integrity, perseverance, and compassion. Whether mentoring young people or contributing to local initiatives, Ken consistently demonstrates the qualities of a selfless leader.

A Life Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Ken pledged in Spring 1996 through the Zeta Eta Chapter at Paul Quinn College. Through his fraternity, business, and community service, he continues to embody the principle that true leadership is not about recognition but about lifting others, creating opportunities, and leaving a legacy of service and impact.
