Thomas Johnson

Beta Class Honoree

A proud Paul Quinn College Class of 2005 graduate, he has built a career spanning more than 20 years in sales, including 15 years dedicated to management, training, and leadership development. Throughout his career, his mission has remained the same: helping people elevate their income, expand their vision, and create a lasting legacy. He is passionate about equipping others with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed both personally and professionally.

In March 2020, he and his wife, Brittany, founded WAKEUP 4 Legacy, a community-centered initiative committed to education, empowerment, and service. Under his leadership, the organization has hosted numerous impactful programs including MLK Vision Board Parties, “Get Ya Affairs In Order” workshops focused on life insurance, retirement, and financial literacy, the Black Excellence Business Seminar, Small Business Vendor Fairs, community health fairs, free STI/STD/HIV testing events, homebuying seminars, and a weekly virtual book club.

His commitment to service also extends directly into the community. He actively volunteers with local high schools in Lancaster, Texas, and supports the Cedar Hill Cares Food Pantry, serving at least once each month.

In recognition of his dedication to community impact, he was honored with the 2023 Basileus Award from the Eta Lambda Lambda Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., recognizing outstanding service and leadership. His work continues to focus on building people, strengthening communities, and creating pathways to generational impact.
