Kassadee Dews, a proud graduate of Paul Quinn College, Class of 2021, is an accomplished banking executive, community leader, and strategic advocate for financial empowerment with more than 12 years of progressive leadership experience at Bank of America. She currently serves as a Financial Center Manager and is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client impact across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

In addition to leading a successful financial center, Kassadee serves as the Financial Literacy Market Leader for the DFW area, spearheading initiatives that expand access to financial education and economic mobility across diverse communities. She also serves as the Black Professionals Group Community Engagement Co-Chair, where she leads strategic outreach efforts that strengthen community partnerships and advance inclusive leadership within the organization.

Kassadee’s commitment to service extends far beyond her corporate role. She has earned the Presidential Gold Volunteer Service Award year over year, a distinction recognizing more than 500 hours of volunteer service annually. She currently serves on three leadership boards throughout the Dallas area and has dedicated more than 541 documented hours to initiatives focused on youth development, financial empowerment, and community advancement.

In 2026, Kassadee was selected as one of only twenty representatives from Bank of America to serve as an official FIFA Volunteer in Dallas, a testament to her leadership, professionalism, and community presence on a global stage.

As a Quinnite, Kassadee exemplifies the spirit of Paul Quinn College through her unwavering dedication to excellence, servant leadership, and legacy-building impact. She continues to lead with vision and purpose, balancing executive leadership, community advocacy, and motherhood while creating pathways of opportunity for others.
