Sir Fabian Freeman

Sir Fabian Freeman is a dedicated public servant and human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources/ADA Officer for the City of Glenn Heights, Texas. With nearly a decade of experience in human resources across local government, the airline industry, and healthcare, he has developed a strong reputation for leadership in employee relations, organizational development, and workplace compliance. Sir Fabian is passionate about strengthening organizations through ethical leadership, strategic human resource practices, and service that positively impact both employees and the communities they serve.

He is currently pursuing a dual graduate degree at the University of Texas at Arlington, working toward a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. Sir Fabian is an active member of the UTA SHRM student chapter and is scheduled to graduate on May 3, 2026. He is also a member of Leadership Southwest’s Class of 2026, a regional leadership program focused on developing civic leaders committed to advancing communities across Southwest Dallas County.

Sir Fabian earned his bachelor’s degree from Paul Quinn College, graduating Cum Laude as a member of the Class of 2021. He is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., as well as a member of the Texas Municipal Human Resources Association (TMHRA) and the Public Sector Human Resources Association (PSHRA) Texas Chapter. As a first-generation college graduate from Mississippi, he remains deeply committed to leadership, mentorship, and community engagement. His long-term goal is to continue serving in local government leadership and ultimately lead as a city manager in a metropolitan community.
