National Alumni Member - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 15th No automatically recurring payments General Membership in the National Alumni Association and Chapter Affiliation ($50 National Dues, $50 Chapter Dues).

National Life Member - $1,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 15th No automatically recurring payments One time contribution of $1,000.00 to become a member of the PQC NAA Life Members Club ($50 Chapter Dues annually).

National Life Member - Gold - $5,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 15th No automatically recurring payments One time contribution of $5,000.00 to become a member of the PQC NAA Gold Members Club ($50 Chapter Dues annually).
